ABSTRACT
The article reports on the developments at MGM Mirage. Its majority shareholder Kirk Kerkorian announced that he is no longer seeking to buy the Bellagio and the CityCenter project of MGM Mirage. However, a separate announcement came from MGM Mirage on its intention to agree to co-develop with Kerzner International Holdings, the resort in Las Vegas Strip. This agreement with Kerzner will reportedly become definitive not later than September 2007.
