Spring Air, licensees merge

The article reports on the acquisition by Consolidated Bedding, Spring Air's largest licensee, of six additional U.S. licensees and merger with Spring Air Co., licensor of the Spring Air bedding brand. In this regard, Spring Air has hired former Simmons executive Bob Hellyer as chief executive officer, while Jim Nation, president of Spring Air Co., will hold the same title in the Spring Air. Moreover , Hellyer said that the company can deliver better quality with an experienced management team.
