ABSTRACT
The article explores the growing popularity of sushi around the world. According to the author, Atlantic bluefin tuna led to some interesting sushi innovations in Japan, which were rapidly exported to other countries where it has been translated to local tastes and ingredients. She indicates that restaurants are starting to offer sushi because of its growing demand. In addition, the author features the interest of school children in eating sushi.
