ABSTRACT
The article reports on the diverse menu offered at Saint John Owasso Hospital in Tulsa, Oklahoma in 2007. According to Rachel Vincent, food and nutrition services manager, her menu could satisfy a variety-craving palate for a month or more. The menu offers appetizer choices as well as entrees. Vincent also noted that the menu is vegetarian friendly with a popular red pepper and hummus plate and three different choices of vegetable burgers.
