ABSTRACT
The article reports on a partnership entered by Compass Group North America with celebrity chef Martin Yan to develop an Asian culinary program for its accounts in the U.S. in 2007. According to Chris Ivens-Brown, vice president of culinary development, the program will be a comprehensive one that will be made available for B&I healthcare and education accounts of Compass. He asserted that their focus on innovation, particularly in culinary, led them to create the partnership.
