ABSTRACT
The article presents information on the ManhattanWest, a mixed-use urban complex taking place in southwest Las Vegas, Nevada. The $350 million project combines 700 condominium residences with 150,000 square feet of office space and 43,000 square feet of shops. The complex will consist of 11 four-storey buildings, a nine-storey element House and six acres of open space.
