ABSTRACT
The article discusses the authors medical front encounter with a seventy-five-year old patient with artificial pacemaker. The author confronted the patient about her missed appointment for her pacemaker, which she learned because the patient goes to a whaling camp. She had just utter a deep sigh when she attempted to play tough with a wise woman who sets her own priorities and trying to be cooperative to her as a young lady doctor.
