ABSTRACT
The article offers information about the preparation made by broadcasters and cable operators for deadline of the transition to digital television (TV) on February 17, 2009 in the U.S. The National Association of Broadcasters (NAB) coordinates with retailers, broadcasters, cable and organization which represents all consumer groups. Jonathan Collegio, vice president for digital TV transition at NAB said that they make sure that the message of preparation should be sent to every organization.
