The article presents a case of a 58-year old man who was found lying beside his motorcycle. He was diagnosed with left occipital intracranial hemorrhage and cerebellar infarction. The patient had a history of hypertension and no known liver disease. A mild heterogeneous echogenicity of the liver was found.
