ProDrive acquires High Speed Service

The article reports on the acquisition of Portland, Oregon-based High Speed Service Inc. by ProDrive Systems Inc. The acquisition will enable High Speed Service to help launch ProDrive as a major player in the dental market valued at US$1.2 billion. According to ProDrive president and chief executive officer Jean Castonguay, the merger will join ProDrive's power brand with High Speed Service's dental handpiece expertise.
