ABSTRACT
The author shares her beekeeping experiences in Catskills, New York. She realized that she was not happy with her life as a cartoon-show animator. She moved to Catskills and fell in love with Heather Ridge. According to the author, beekeeping was perfect work for her. It was easy, by farming standards, and it was good for the soul. In the years since moving to Catskills, she accumulated 12 more hives, and gotten married.
