ABSTRACT
The article offers tips and advice for pharmaceutical companies on co-marketing. In co-marketing agreements, companies are advised to develop a strategic plan that focuses on the top five physicians, discuss a strategic message, coordinate effective resources, and align call schedules. It is also suggested that companies should determine who takes the lead in co-marketing arrangement.
