The article reports on the doubt by the House Appropriations Committee over the completion of Capitol Visitor Center in the U.S. According to the Appropriators, they remain skeptical the center will be completed on the Architect of the Capitol's (AoC) revised timetable, even though the AoC did not announce further delays.
