The article reports that the lobbying campaign by Korean-Americans which calls for Japan to accept the responsibility for sexually enslaving women during World War II will finally be decided when the House Foreign Affairs Committee takes up a resolution regarding the issue, in Washington, D.C. The campaign's victory was fueled when a group of Japanese politicians and academics argued that there is no proof that women were forced into sexual enslavement.
