ABSTRACT
The article focuses on funeral planning benefits for employees and Everest Funeral Package, a funeral planning firm based in Houston, Texas. An overview of the attitude of employee benefits managers toward funeral benefits is presented. The benefit being offered by Everest assists employees with funeral arrangements and reduces funeral costs. Everest also helps employees create a plan specifying their own end-of-life needs and desires by offering them advance planning tools.
