This article presents information related to an ID theft resolution services offered by the First Citizens National Bank. Having witnessed the wrath of ID theft, the community bank decided to offer theft resolution services. It introduced a new assistance service for its account holders to receive help with alerts, which gained popularity among the customers. It is reported that First Citizens is one of the few banks in the U.S. that private labels the offerings of Worldwide Assistance Services Inc.
