The article features the celebration of the National Association for Female Executives (NAFE) Top Companies for Executive Women as part of the 35th anniversary commemoration of the NAFE in the U.S. in 2007. The gala not only honored the organizations that make women's advancement a priority, but also celebrated their top women. The NAFE honored 35 companies and five nonprofit organizations. Women executives expressed concern that women are becoming lost in the larger movement of diversity.
