Mattress Outlet opens its fourth store here, in former Sylvan space

The article reports that Mattress Outlet Inc. has opened its fourth store in Spokane, Washington in a building north of Division Street formerly occupied by Sylvan Furniture Co. Owner Ken Mullinax said that they decided to open a store in the former Sylvan building because of its location in the “furniture row” are north of downtown.
