ABSTRACT
The article presents the comments of Allen Scobie of crop consultant Bridgend Partners and Hertfordshire farmer Robert Law on the importance of attending the Cereals 2007 event. According to Scobie, Cereals 2007 provides the ideal opportunity for agriculture to show it can produce sustainably. Law uses Cereals to help plan for the coming season.
