ABSTRACT
The article reports on a staff football competition organized by Vodafone UK. The activity is Vodafone's new approach to employee engagement and it will be tied in with the Union of European Football Associations (UEFA) Champions League. More than 550 employees of the mobile phone operator, which sponsored the Champions League, played in the five-a-side tournament, with the winning team taking home tickets to the final in Athens, Greece.
