The article reports that assessment of managers' mental toughness has formed the basis of Greater Merseyside Connexions' proactive approach to tackling workplace stress. The questionnaire, MTQ48, was designed by psychometric testing specialist Association for Quality research (AQR) in conjunction with psychologists at the University of Hull.
