Aga Sells Main Stake in Domain

The article reports that private investment and management advisory firm Synergy Enterprises has acquired a majority stake of furniture, bedding and home furnishings store Domain Home Fashions Inc. from high-end stoves and refrigerators producer Aga Foodservice Group PLC. Aga will still have a 15 percent stake in the retailer, while Domain has the right to sell and market Aga kitchen and cooking products.
