ABSTRACT
The article reports on the description of British Airways as the most "environmentally unfriendly" brand according to a "Marketing Week" survey. The results of the survey are not fair according to the author. The airline is one of the very few to have a carbon calculator for passengers to offset emissions. It will also make the carbon calculator a part of its booking process.
