ABSTRACT
The article features HCL Technologies, the first computer company in India. For the first nine months of fiscal 2007 HCL reported nearly $1 billion in revenues and $200 million in profits. It is courting deals where it bundles several information technology (IT) functions, often involving remote management of computer or communication systems, for a single client. It was stated that HCL's bundling strategy allows the company to sink its global services deeper into a customer's IT environment.
