ABSTRACT
The article discusses the importance of proper procedures in using multisensors coordinate measuring machines (CMM) in production even in difficult temperature conditions. The thermally induced linear measurement deviations, due to temperature of the workpiece and the scales have been found to be a significant source of errors. The scales in CMM is the result of temperature that deviate from 20 Celsius.
