ABSTRACT
The article focuses on the issue of workplace bullying in the U.S. The experience of Beth Dion, a marketing assistant, is presented as proof of the prevalence of workplace bullying. Studies show that workplace bullying, including everything from verbal abuse and threatening to intimidation and critical and humiliating comments, still exist and is contributing to an increase in stress-related health problems among workers.
