ABSTRACT
The article focuses on the Enhanced Incident Management/Unified Command (E-IM/CU) Course offered by Disaster City in Texas. The course which develops the incidence-management and decision-making skills used the National Incident Management System to respond in a large-scale chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear terrorism incident. Bill Long, chief instructor of the course said that the approach used in this course can function without the technology. INSET: OHIO DEMONSTRATES RESPONSE PLAN.
