Announces the agreement of CBS Cable's County Music Television (CMT) to launch on digital tiers in at least three markets in the United States. Inclusion of CMT in the digital-cable packages marketed by Time Warner Cable in November 1999 and in another operator's digital-cable package; CBS Cable's preference to secure analog distribution for CMT.
