ABSTRACT
The article reports on developments at CBS Corp. and Viacom Inc. in the wake of corporate breakup in the U.S. Two years after the breakup, Viacom formed its consumer products division, Paramount Licensing Group company, while CBS created its CBS Consumer Products company. The new business will be using the Licensing Show to make their introductions. Meanwhile, Elizabeth Kalodner was named executive vice president and general manager of CBS Consumer and Michael Bartok for Paramount.
