ABSTRACT
The article reports that Tiny Dancer Films has optioned life rights to produce the comedy film "Rock the Casbah," which is about Heavenly States' attempt to tour Libya in 2005. Adam Penn, "Script's" Open Door Screen Writing Contest winner, and Jawal Nga has been signed to write the script of the show with Nga also acting as producer. Nga, a native of Libya, further related that he can appreciate the humor in what the band had attempted to do.
