ABSTRACT
The article looks at the successful prepared food program at urban grocer Garden of Eden Gourmet Market. Its kitchen in New York City is filled with a myriad of sophisticated equipment sporting many different cooking capabilities, according to the author. Furthermore, the kitchen is staffed with over 35 employees, including highly skilled chefs with diverse culinary expertise. Several types of Henny Penny food equipment were purchased by Garden of Eden including an ESC-615 SmartCombi oven.
