ABSTRACT
The article reports that the airing of the 2007 National Basketball Association Finals failed to generate increased ratings for ABC in the U.S. The four-game series ended up producing low ratings for the network. In fact, the coverage generates 9.3 million viewers, down 28% from the six-game series in 2006. Meanwhile, the Daytime Emmy Awards on CBS got a bit of a boost.
