ABSTRACT
The article reports on the ruling for the Dirigo health initiative of Maine Governor John Baldacci. The key funding mechanism for the initiative was upheld by a Maine Supreme Court. According to the article, the court decision was a victory for the working families and small businesses in the state. Baldacci expected for the ruling to end lawsuits involved and that parties can turn to the initial goal of the health program.
