The article discusses the efforts of former space-shuttle astronaut Mike Mullane to illustrate the importance of working together. Mullane said that a team can get be the best by practicing the fundamentals and doing things critically every day until they are as natural as breathing. His three fundamentals include the understanding the normalization of deviance, understanding the essence of responsibility and the team must be filled with courageous self-leaders.
