ABSTRACT
The article interprets the picture of three blind men. It states that the three blind men embody different ways of dealing with difficult situations particularly in an industry. The expressions on the blind men's faces also reveal their attitudes. It stresses that people should give others the benefit of the doubt and that one should look at himself first before judging other people.
