ABSTRACT
The article reports that Eaton Corp. has completed the acquisition of AT Holdings Corp., The company is a parent company of Argo-Tech Corp, whose aerospace business boasted sales of $206 million. Tucked within Argo-Tech's Carter Ground Fueling Division was Durodyne Inc., a manufacturer of hose for military, industrial, marine and custom specialty applications. Executive Jeffrey Finch said Eaton will bring a global presence to Durodyne that the unit previously lacked.
