One-year campaign to make kids think farming

The article focuses on the Year of Food and Farming campaign which aims to raise awareness about the source of food among children in Great Britain. The campaign launched the website www.yearoffoodandfarming.org.uk. Farmers, rural stakeholders and schoolteachers were asked to register on the website as a form of support for the campaign. Campaign director Tony Cooke stated that many children already had an interest in food and farming based on research.
