Membership levy increases

The article reports that the annual membership levy at Young Farmers' Club (YFC) will increase by 20% in Great Britain starting September 2007. YFC member Bryce Mackellar cited the difficulty in obtaining commercial funding and government grants which require the federation to support itself. Member Brian Harvey commented that a one member and one levy system would add clarity and equality in the calculation of the levy.
