ABSTRACT
The article reports on the partnership of Dow Chemical with the Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory (LBNL) and China's Energy Research Institute (ERI) to help improve energy efficiency in the country. The partnership is part of Dow's plan to do business in a more environmentally friendly manner. The move will also benefit Dow as it looks towards expanding its business in the country.
