ABSTRACT
The article discusses the author's experience of being a congressman and attending certain meetings in Florida. He emphasized that he appreciated the meeting with constituents which they could communicate their ideas. He suggested that lobbyist should ask questions to clearly understand the discussions of the meeting. He further adds that to ensure success, the visiting local group should designates one spokesman who can deliver a clear message quickly.
