The article reports on the controversy involving the alleged lobbying of former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani's law firm, Bracewell & Giuliani LLP, on stem cell research. President of Fidelis America Joseph Cella related that the firm maybe lobbying for the approval of House Bill 2560 for Johns Hopkins Institutions. Meanwhile, the firm countered that they in fact represent Johns Hopkins but it has not lobbied for any legislation that would advance stem cell research.
