ABSTRACT
The article reports that the First-Day Founders have constituted the initial fundraising infrastructure for the White House bid of ex-Senator Fred Thompson in the U.S. The founding group, which is composed of 100 people, have taken part in a conference wherein they were asked to raise a total of $46,000 for the effort. According to Barbara Outhier, Thompson has called her to begin recruiting volunteers for the effort since the campaign will be behind in fundraising.
