Israeli flavours firm buys in UK

This article reports that Israel's Frutarom has expanded iits foothold in the U flavours market by acquiring two companies. The flavours and fine ingredients producer has agreed to buy Jupiter Flavours, based in the Wirral, Merseyside, for $2.8 million. In March 2007, Frutarom agreed to pay $17.1 million for flavours firm Belmay, which is headquarterd in Wellingborough, Northamptonshire.
