Sud-Chemie takes a dip

This article states that Sud-Chemie has bought a 55% shareholding in the Malaysian water-treatment chemicals firm, Chemindus, for an undisclosed sum. The deal includes the transfer of patented technology for the manufacture of coagulants and flocculants. Based in Selangor, Malaysia, Chemindus's primary product is polyaluminium chloride, which is used to treat water in potable and industrial waste water-treatment plants.
