ABSTRACT
The article reports on the acquisition of Terayon Communication Systems' stocks by Motorola Inc. in the U.S. It is claimed that the transaction will have a total equity value of about $ 140 million. If the acquisition will be completed, Terayon will become a wholly-owned subsidiary of Motorola, and it will be integrated into the Motorola Home and Networks Mobility business.
