ABSTRACT
The article reports on the efforts of BASF to market its pest-control products. BASF held a seminar wherein Bob Hickman, its market development specialist, focused in depth on the company's pest-control products. During the seminar, entomology professor Michael Potter encouraged apartment managers to use pest-control products to avoid lawsuits from tenants infected by bedbugs.
