Israeli, Chinese biochems set up JV

The article reports on a joint venture formed by Israel's Gadot Biochemical Industries with Chinese firm Jiangsu Nuobei Biochemical to build and operate a citric acid and citrate salt plant in China. The plant, to be located in Chenjiagang Chemical Industry Park in Jiangsu province, will produce anhydrous citric acid, citric acid monohydrate and tri-sodium citrate mainly for export. It will also have a capacity of 60,000 tons/year.
