ABSTRACT
The article discusses the author's experience in attending the annual Laser Expo in which the introduction of the new Industrial Laser Solutions-Japan is held in Yokohama. He takes the Laser Expo as an opportunity to meet the suppliers which brings new technology for developing applications to the international market. He has learned about disk vanadate laser making systems, femtosecond laser surface-treatment machines, fiber disk laser, and the increasing demand of remote laser welding.
