ABSTRACT
The article examines the reasons for losing customers in the trucking business. The work-order process management idea dealt with customer communication, inspection process, job segmentation, job scheduling and supervision. A customer may think that 21% of distributor of dealer may choose a source of supply based on price, responsiveness at 11%, convenience at 9% and 5% on quality. In market segmentation, a dealer should focus on advantages which would satisfy customers' needs.
