ABSTRACT
The article offers information about the support given by the United Nation Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC) for the development and implementation of good practices in judicial reform through its Global Programme against Corruption in Indonesia, Nigeria and South Africa. UNODC aims to direct the obstacles encountered, and explain how and why certain aspects of their projects were not successful. Information regarding the implementation of the projects is discussed.
